Est. 2018 — Built for Industrial & Commercial Companies
Industrial Equipment Manufacturers & Dealers · Commercial Contractors
Your next buyer
FOUND YOUR COMPETITOR. IS BUILDING A SHORTLIST. HAS THREE QUOTES ALREADY. IS EVALUATING NOW. NEVER FOUND YOU. FOUND YOUR COMPETITOR.
Manufacturers lose deals to whoever showed up during the research phase, weeks before a buyer makes a call. Contractors lose jobs to whoever responds fastest. These are different problems. We’ve spent five years building systems that solve both. Every lead tracked. Every dollar attributed.
// What we build
Built for companies
that close contracts,
not click reports
Contractors and manufacturers don’t lose work for the same reasons. A contractor loses a job because they were too slow. A manufacturer loses a deal because they were never on the shortlist. We build for both, and we don’t confuse the two.

// STEP 02
Capture Every Inquiry
Every call logged. Every form fill recorded. No lead lost because someone forgot to check an inbox or missed a notification. The inquiry that comes in at 11pm on a Friday is a real opportunity, and it gets treated like one.
// STEP 03
Follow Up Before Your Competitor Does
For contractors, automated responses fire within minutes, not hours. For manufacturers, intelligent sequences keep your company present through six months of silent buyer research. The competitor who responds faster wins more work.
// STEP 04
Know What Closed It
Google Ads and SEO running together, built for your specific buyer. Contractors show up when someone searches with urgency. Manufacturers show up during the research phase, when buyers are still deciding who makes the shortlist.
// Proof
From the Field.
Real Clients. Real Numbers.
We don’t cherry-pick. Every campaign is in the report, the ones performing and the ones we’re fixing. Here are two clients. One manufacturer. One contractor. Both have been running with us long enough that the numbers aren’t a honeymoon period.
// Industrial Equipment Manufacturer
Jet-Vac Equipment
A manufacturer of sewer and vacuum equipment doing serious work, generating two legitimate equipment leads from their website in an entire year. Real track record. Zero digital presence that reflected it. Ad spend with no attribution. Google ranking them for searches that didn’t lead to buyers.
// What we built
“Marketing efforts have allowed Jet-Vac to substantially increase our revenue year over year. We receive 3 or 4 legitimate equipment leads a week due to the efforts. The constant communication between Connor and her team always enables Jet-Vac to be on the cutting edge.”
— Justin Kohl, President · Jet-Vac Equipment
// Commercial Service Contractor
Apex Commercial Services
A commercial contractor with a strong reputation and an inconsistent pipeline. Running ads, not tracking them. Losing bids to competitors who responded faster, not better. No way to know which marketing dollar was producing real work and which was being wasted.
// What we built
Google Ads targeting commercial project searches only, no residential bleed. Landing pages built to convert a commercial inquiry fast. Automated follow-up firing within minutes of any form submission. Full attribution tying every job won back to a specific campaign.
“The Connexis team didn’t just run our ads. They built a system. We know exactly which campaign produced which job. For the first time, marketing actually makes sense to us as a business investment.”
— Owner · Apex Commercial Services
// About Connexis
Two Verticals.
Intentionally.
This didn’t start as a niche. It started at the dinner table.
Connor’s father built PCM Services into a successful commercial contracting company over 25 years. Her uncle spent his career in industrial equipment sales. She grew up hearing about both worlds: the jobs, the clients, the grind of building businesses that do real physical work. When she studied marketing and started understanding how digital actually worked, the same gap kept coming up.
Companies doing serious, skilled work. Real reputations. Real track records. Almost none of them with a digital presence that reflected any of it. PCM was nearly invisible on Google in 2018. Twenty-five years in business, still running on referrals and sales calls.
Connexis was built to close that gap. Not for every industry. For this one.
These weren’t verticals chosen from a market opportunity analysis. They were chosen because the team grew up watching people build careers in them, and saw exactly what they were leaving on the table.

Every Number. Including the Ones That Aren't Working.
Focused By Choice, Not By Circumstance

“If Connor didn’t have her own business I’d steal her. She is without a doubt the most knowledgeable and dedicated marketing professional I have ever met.”

“Marketing efforts have allowed Jet-Vac to substantially increase our revenue year over year. We receive 3 or 4 legitimate equipment leads a week. The constant communication between Connor and her team always enables Jet-Vac to be on the cutting edge.”
Justin Kohl
// Industrial Manufacturer
“Connor and her team are fantastic to work with. Very responsive, strategic, and they actually understand our industry — not just digital marketing in general. They helped us completely rethink our online presence.”
Mark Reynolds
// Commercial Asphalt
“We had tried other agencies and always felt like we were one of fifty clients. With Connexis we feel like the priority. Connor is personally involved. The results speak for themselves — we’ve closed more commercial work this year than any year prior.”
Fernando Chapa
// Industrial Dealer
“50% increase in qualified equipment inquiries in the first six months. But what I appreciate most is the transparency. They show me what’s working and what isn’t — every month, without me having to ask.”
Lucy James

Are Your Buyers
Finding You?
Industrial equipment buyers are deep in research right now, evaluating options, comparing specs, building shortlists. Commercial contractors are losing jobs to whoever responds first. One conversation: we look at your market, your current setup, and your real numbers. If it’s not the right fit, you’ll know before the call ends.
